We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely.
- Ships in a Tube (Canvas Only): Your item will be rolled and shipped in a durable, hard paper tube. This method is ideal for oversized artworks and helps reduce shipping costs. Once it arrives, canvas pieces can easily be stretched (onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer. For works on paper, we recommend having them professionally unrolled by your framer to ensure careful handling.
- Ships in a Cardboard Box (Small-Size Artwork with Stretching/Framing): Smaller artworks that are stretched or framed will be shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure that all packaging meets our high standards, with ample support to protect your artwork during transit.
- Ships in a Crate (Large-Size Artwork with Stretching/Framing): Larger artworks will be shipped in a secure wooden crate. The crate is specifically designed for global art transportation and is lined with protective materials to hold the artwork in place during its journey. It will be tightly sealed to ensure maximum safety."
Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact hello@artmeteor.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery times depend on your location. Orders processed here typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. You’ll receive detailed delivery information in your confirmation email.
Absolutely! Artmeteor organizes and ensures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.
We will deliver to the address provided in your order. Typically, we coordinate the delivery date with the person receiving the artwork, based on the name you’ve given. If it's a surprise or a gift, please let us know!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Return for a FULL refund or exchange for a replacement – as easy as making a purchase.
- We want our customers to be happy! If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with the painting you received, simply return it in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact hello@artmeteor.com.
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.For credit card refunds.between 7-15 business days for the transaction to be completed.
We carefully pack all paintings in strong paper tubes to ensure they arrive safely. However, if the package is damaged upon arrival, it’s VERY IMPORTANT that you follow these steps:
- Check the package in front of the courier. If there’s any damage, ask the courier to note it as “damaged” or “broken” on the waybill. You may keep the package after both you and the courier confirm the damage.
- Take photos of the damaged package (from all sides) and the damage to the painting. Send the photos to us so we can work with the courier company and arrange for a replacement painting to be sent immediately.
- If the courier leaves the package at your door and you can’t confirm the damage in front of them, please skip step 1. Just follow step 2.
- Keep the damaged painting and packaging until the issue is resolved.
